Imprint utilizes various technologies to decorate your products. The
key phrase is "your stuff" because
we are a custom decoration service rather than an ad agency or distribution
house. We also offer a full in-house graphic art service.
Pad Printing
This
process uses a soft silicone pad or tampon to transfer ink from
an engraved printing plate or cliché onto an object.
Because the pads are flexible they can
conform to the shape of the item whether it's flat, curved, dimpled
or textured. We can print inside holes, beside ridges or even around
some corners. These are amazingly adaptable machines and we have
the experience to get the most out of them.
Screen Printing
This is a very old printing process which pushes ink through a fabric
mask onto
flat or cylindrical objects. It allows us to decorate large items
with large
imprints or wrap images around simple curves like bottles.
Painting
We have been asked to solve various problems where painting the
product was the best solution. Some examples are covering factory
printing errors (we do that a lot) and then reprinting with the correct
information or logo. We have done custom airbrushing on model cars
prior to imprinting a logo. We've also applied magnetic shielding
to antenna housings.
Graphic Design and File Conversion
We've been working with logos for a long time and have seen
the good, the bad and yes, the down right ugly. Perhaps we could give
