We've been working with logos for a long time and have seen the good, the bad and yes, the down right ugly. Perhaps we could give your's image a facelift or convert it to the file format you need? We can also design your documents, banners and displays. Pad Printing
This process uses a soft silicone pad or tampon to transfer ink from an engraved printing plate or cliché onto an object. Because the pads are flexible they can conform to the shape of an item whether it's flat, curved, dimpled or textured. We can print inside holes, beside ridges or even around some corners. These are amazingly adaptable machines and we have the experience to get the most out of them. Screen Printing
This is a very old printing process which pushes ink through a fabric mask onto flat or cylindrical objects. It allows us to decorate large items with large imprints or wrap images around simple curves like bottles and mugs.
Heat Transfers
We use a large format printer/cutter to produce heat transfers which we then apply to all kinds of fabric products with heat presses. Some common projects would be T-shirts, jackets, sports jerseys and safety vests but we also do the not so common items such as large umbrellas, suitcases and speed-skating suits. Heat transfers are great for short runs of multi color logos or photos or for special effects like reflective logos and text. Digital & Large Format Printing
Besides heat transfers, our large format printer/cutter can also produce decals, banners, posters and vehicle graphics and our mini-flatbed printer can print directly onto objects measuring 13” x 20” x 6” or less. Doming
Doming is the process of coating decals with a clear, flexible epoxy creating a 3D lens effect. We can create these stickers for you using a wide variety of adhesive material suitable for good adhesion on almost any surface. You have the choice of having us apply them to your products or applying them yourself. We can also use this process for 3D heat transfers on fabric items. In many cases, this is an excellent alternative to embroidery. Due to the specialized equipment required for application of heat transfers, you'll want us to adhere these designs to your fabric items. Photo Pucks
We’ve developed a unique process which allows us to print photographs and multi-colored logos on hockey pucks no matter how few you need done. We can use this process to custom print a set of hockey pucks for a team with one photo puck per player. We can also use it to minimize expense such as when a logo uses numerous colors. Painting
We have been asked to solve various problems where painting the product was the best solution. Some examples are covering factory printing errors (we do that a lot) and then reprinting with the correct information or logo. We have done custom airbrushing on model cars prior to imprinting a logo. We've also applied magnetic shielding to antenna housings.
